2. User Accounts and Site Access

If you create an account or utilize a client portal on DABvending.com:

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to accept full liability for all activities executed under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or edit content at our sole discretion.

3. Equipment Placement and Site Conditions

For clients hosting physical DAB Vending machinery, micro-markets, or automated systems:

Space & Utilities

The Client must provide a clean, secure space equipped with dedicated, stable electrical outlets meeting the equipment's specifications.

Access Rights

The Client grants DAB Vending personnel unrestricted access to the equipment during standard operating hours for stocking, cleaning, auditing, and maintenance.

Liability for Loss

While DAB Vending maintains insurance on its assets, the Client must take reasonable steps to protect on-site equipment from gross negligence, willful vandalism, or unauthorized structural modifications by third parties.

4. Payments, Transactions, and Refunds
Digital Transactions

All electronic credit, debit, or mobile wallet transactions processed at our machines or micro-markets are handled through encrypted, secure payment gateways.

Pricing Adjustments

Product pricing within our machines is subject to change without prior notice to reflect shifting wholesale costs, supply chain overheads, and local sales tax variations.

Refund Requests

Discrepancies, failed vends, or product issues can be reported directly through the contact mechanisms listed on DABvending.com or the physical machine decals. Valid claims will be settled via digital credit or manual balance adjustments.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on DABvending.com—including text, layout designs, logos, graphics, icons, digital downloads, and software code—is the exclusive property of DAB Vending or its technology suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

DAB Vending, its directors, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

The use or temporary inability to use the digital interfaces on DABvending.com.

Temporary operational downtime, mechanical failure, or power-loss disruptions of physical vending machinery.

Delays in delivery or inventory replenishment caused by logistics blockages, extreme weather, or force majeure events.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DAB Vending from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or demands (including reasonable legal fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our website, or your infringement upon the rights of a third party.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, along with any external operational conflicts, shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of this agreement must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts overseeing Lake County, Florida.

9. Modifications to This Agreement

We reserve the right to revise, modify, or completely update these Terms at any time. Any changes will go into effect immediately upon being posted to this page. Your continued use of our website or hardware assets after updates are published establishes your formal acceptance of the modified Terms.
